Yes.
All sessions take place online through a secure, confidential platform. This allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space—no commute, no extra stress. Online work is just as effective as in-person therapy and can often feel more accessible and private. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which gives us space to build trust and momentum. From there, we adjust the frequency to fit your needs and goals.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes, with extended sessions available by request. Our first session is a gentle starting point. We'll explore what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping for, and how we might work together. It’s also a time for you to ask questions and see if this feels like a safe and supportive fit. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just showing up is a powerful first step.
Therapy isn’t about being broken—it’s about being human.
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply sensing it’s time for something more, therapy can offer clarity, healing, and growth. My approach is grounded in science, connected to your inner world, and guided by curiosity, care, and compassion.I specialize in trauma recovery (even when it’s not obvious that trauma is part of the story), anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to me after feeling unseen or unsupported elsewhere. My work is relational and nervous-system-informed. It goes deeper, offering an integrative path toward healing and self-alignment.
Yes. I’m an in-network provider for several plans and can also provide a superbill for potential reimbursement, depending on your benefits. My team is happy to help walk you through the details.
Absolutely.
Many clients find it helpful to integrate reading, podcasts, journaling prompts, and simple practices between sessions. If that’s something you're interested in, I’ll suggest tools to support your journey in a way that feels natural—not overwhelming. That’s a valid concern. Many of my clients come to me after unhelpful or incomplete therapy experiences. In this case, you will be working with a trauma expert, backed by science with personal experiences. This is work you want to undertake when you're ready to go deep and beyond.
That’s okay. You don’t have to have the answers before you begin. Therapy is a space where we can gently explore what’s going on, even when things feel tangled or unclear. Often, just starting the conversation can open up the path forward.
Not at all. You set the pace.
We build safety first, and nothing is offloaded before you feel ready. Healing doesn’t come from rushing; it comes from feeling safe, seen, and supported as you move forward in your own time.Yes. I work with those seeking individual and relational support. Whether you're navigating personal healing or challenges in a relationship, our work will be customized to fit your story and goals.
That’s completely okay. Emotions are welcome here. Therapy is one of the few places designed to hold what you’re carrying, without judgment or pressure. Tears, silence, laughter—it's all part of the healing process.
Only if it’s important to you. I honor and support each client’s spiritual background, including those who are still exploring what they believe. My work is grounded in science, but I welcome conversations about meaning, purpose, and soul if that’s part of your story.
